These hyenas give a whole new meaning to the phrase “there’s strength in numbers” They rely on teamwork and the vulnerability of the animals they hunt because of their relatively smaller size. In this case, the unfortunate victim was a frail old Leopard who was clearly incapable of putting up much of a fight. This helpless leopard was surrounded by hyenas in Kruger National Park.

The hyenas had the upper hand from the get-go because of their large numbers and the fact that the leopard wasn't at 100%The hyenas picked on the leopard, biting it one by one. The leopard tries putting up a fight. The cat eventually does manage to escape but you can tell that it is in terrible condition after the hyenas’ vicious attack.
